1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using legendshobby.com (the "Site"), purchasing products, or participating in any service offered by Legends Hobby ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or copy content without prior written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

3. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product listings, descriptions, and prices at any time without prior notice. We strive to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.

Sealed Products: We cannot guarantee the contents of sealed trading card products, as the cards included are randomized by the manufacturer. By purchasing sealed products, you acknowledge and accept this randomized nature.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to make the purchase. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure payment processors.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be for resale in quantities that exceed our store policies.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Live Breaks

Participation in live breaks is subject to the following additional terms:

  • All break spot purchases are final and non-refundable once the break has commenced
  • The randomized nature of card breaks means no specific outcome can be guaranteed
  • Legends Hobby is not responsible for pull rates, card conditions within factory-sealed packs, or the performance of any particular product
  • Breaks are streamed in real time; recordings are made available after the event

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, images, text, graphics, and design elements — is the property of Legends Hobby or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends Hobby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oklahoma.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
