Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your cards to you fast. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been picked and packed, we are unable to make modifications.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email with your order details and order number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Legends Hobby gift cards are available in our store and make the perfect gift for any collector. They never expire and can be used on any product.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We are working on expanding internationally — stay tuned.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are usually processed the same day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
Please contact us at support@legendshobby.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unopened condition. Sealed products cannot be returned once opened. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Reach out to us at support@legendshobby.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Products
Are your sealed products authentic?
Absolutely. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized distributors. We never sell repackaged, tampered, or counterfeit products. Authenticity is the foundation of everything we do.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Yes, we regularly restock popular items. You can sign up for restock notifications on any sold-out product page by entering your email address.
Do you sell graded cards?
Yes, we carry PSA, BGS, and SGC graded cards. Each listing includes the grade, certification number, and detailed photos.
What is a sealed product?
Sealed products are factory-sealed boxes, packs, or sets that have not been opened. These include booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, blaster boxes, and similar items. The contents are randomized — we cannot guarantee specific cards inside sealed products.
Live Breaks
What is a live break?
A live break is a live-streamed event where a sealed product (usually a booster box or case) is opened on camera. Viewers can purchase "spots" representing teams, divisions, or cards. Whatever hits from your spot, you keep — we ship it directly to you.
Where are live breaks streamed?
Our live breaks are streamed on our YouTube channel. Follow us and enable notifications so you never miss a break.
How do I participate in a live break?
Purchase your spot(s) directly on our website before the break goes live. Spots sell out fast, so sign up for our newsletter to get early access.
What happens to my cards after the break?
Your cards are carefully packaged and shipped to you within 3–5 business days after the break concludes.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and access your order history easily.
